Announcement of Open A/C
Thank you for choosing LDG. According to the prevailing money laundering laws, client must complete the following procedures before trading in LDG:
1. Read the "Consent to Conduct Business Electronically", "Client Agreement" and "Risk Disclosure Statement" (if applicable) carefully, statement (if applicable) carefully. In case of queries, particularly on the disclosure of risks, please contact
LDG
or professionals.
2. Click the "Agree" button on the Electronic Trade Agreement, the system will record the date and time of your consent.
3. Click the "Agree" button in the "Client Agreement", the system will record the date and time your of your consent.
4. Please complete the "Client Application Form" with all relevant information or use N/A in those non- applicable fields. Incomplete or missing information in the account application will cause unnecessary delay.
5. Click "Agree" in the Risk Disclosure statement, the system will record the date and time your sign in and the international agreement.
6. Individual or joint account should provide:
1) The ID card or passport copies of all account holders, all authorized person and all beneficiaries.
2) Address proof for the last two months (Post Office Box is not acceptable).
7. Corporate client should provide:
1) Copies of the following documents certified by the solicitor/accountant/company secretary/director (except companies registered overseas):
i. ID card or passport copies of all directors and authorized person
ii. Board minutes or resolutions for the account opening
iii. Company registration certificate
iv. Business registration certificate
v. Memorandum of the Association and Articles of the Association or equivalent documents
vi. Financial Proof (e.g., bank account monthly statement, passbook)
vii. The last audited financial report
viii. The last annual return, notice on change of company secretary and directors
ix. Director registration, shareholder registration and the minutes of the first board meeting (applicable to overseas company)
2)
i. Personal guarantee by one of the directors
ii. Copy of the address proof of the guarantor
8. Account holder should retain a copy of the "Client Application Form" and "Client Agreement" for their own record.
9. General speaking, an account can start to operate within one working days after the application form, supporting documents and initial deposit are received by
LDG
.
10.
LDG
will advise the password to their client by e-mail. For his/her own protection, client must change the password on his/her first time login. The password should be unique and difficult to guess. You can use capital and small letters in a combination of a password (only English text and numeric are acceptable).
11. Client must keep his/her password properly and must not disclose to third party. For his/her own protection, we recommend our client to change his/her password every now and then.
12. The client should be solely responsible if his/her password is being used by unauthorized person for unauthorized purposes.
13. If a client uses a wrong account password or forgets his/her password, he/she must inform
LDG
's customer service manager by e-mail immediately.
LDG
will assign a new password to the client. Upon receiving the new password, the client must change the given password as provided in item 8 to 10.
14. After account opening, please advise
LDG
by e-mail immediately on any changes in client information.
